Internet portal MeetPeople.biz (below: Portal) belongs to the company E-NETSI Ltd., with the main office in Ljubljana, Šmartinska 58, Slovenia, ID number from business register is 2088185, ID for VAT is SI11043687 (below: Holder of activity).
Holder of activity undertakes to process the data of his users with all reasonable security measures, comply with rules in force and this privacy statement.

This privacy statement is part of General conditions of use of Portal. This statement provides your rights in respect of data processing and the way of enforcement of these rights. Every use of the Portal means complete agreement with the privacy statement.

Holder of activity doesn't require personal data of users. Holder of activity collects personal data, as e-mail address, personal name, home address, business address, phone number, photos... which are voluntary published by users, messages and other contents, published by users, user name and password of users, times of visits of the Portal, technical information of users browser and computer and other data, which are voluntary entered or disclosed on the Portal. Holder of activity collects and uses personal data for correct implementation of Portal's services and offering of required services. He can also use data to inform about his other products or services, which are or will be available.
